I rented a car for a week and was completely satisfied with the service. Both the pick-up and the return process were very quick and efficient. Aissa Z. was very professional, courteous, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and will be using their services again in the future.

Can not praise this company highly enough, on arrival they were efficient, helped us with our bags to the car park and got us all set up with the car. Unfortunately as we were heading back to the station to off hire the car and catch a train, we were in an accident, everyone safe but the car badly damaged. Enterprise were amazing in their support, from getting a recovery vehicle to us quickly, arranging to come collect us to take us to the station and helping with a complex form requiring very particular insurance details. It is in difficult times you get the true nature of a company and their staff and this experience showed an incredible team and experience office. Can not thank them enough for making a very stressful situation much easier than it could have been! We even made our train still!

I rented a car with this location for 24 hours in July. The office was easy to find and I had researched the drop off location in advance so this was not an issue for me on return (although thanks to others for highlighting this issue). They didn’t have the model I had booked but they found me another option quickly and my experience was good overall. I always get the extra cover, so I don’t have to worry so much about damage being missed etc. usually it’s only around €35 per day, which is what I’d pay to insure my friends car for a day.

The parking for vehicle return is impossible to find. The pick up location (different than here) didn't provide any instructions. I finally gave up and parked and walked over to the office. The staff were very friendly and sympathetic :) Walked with me to where I parked ( not really that close), processed the return right there and took the car back. Really appreciate the staff going for great customer service. Car was very good too.

Bad Experience! Really poor customer services, the agents on site did want to help at all. The reservation was done on Booking and they did not take any responsibility just because of that. So I needed to go to another car rental at the end where a rent with the same conditions was not a problem. So just do not book with this company to avoid any problem for your trip.

Really POOR service! First - they wanted to convince us to exchange an electric car to a petrol one claiming it costs 25€ per day - they didn’t say it was an additional amount that we have to add to what we already paid. So we lost a lot of time to try to understand each other. We decided to stay with an electric one due to much lower price. Inside we didn’t see the charging cable and the guy told us that in France we don’t need it as everywhere those cables are available when being at a charging station. Of course it tourney out it is not true and when planning the trip to other cities, we included parkings with charging stations… at which you need your own cable. When we called them they pretended that they need to put us to another person, then after waiting on hold the call ended automatically and nobody called us back. When trying to call again, they stopped answering like they could see our phone number and on purpose didn’t want to handle the issue. The car itself is terrible - it shows range e.g. 200 km, we use fully eco mode of driving, and after driving 50 km it suddenly shows not 150 km range, but 100 km, so we have to use almost every station on the highway to feel secured. The worst part is that we tried contacting other offices in other cities, nobody could help with a spare cable, they promised to find a solution, but of course the calls were ended automatically, nobody called back and they stopped answering our calls! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! we also haven’t received the promised contact details in case of an emergency / accident that was supposed to be sent to us via email right after picking up the car.

Do not rent a car here if you're looking for a good and hassle-free experience. This is by far the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with — and I’ve rented cars all over Europe (and even Mexico). Avoid them at all costs. 1. The condition of the car at pick-up was not properly documented. Several damages and missing items were not listed in the report. I pointed out visible scratches and dents, but I didn’t notice the missing rear parcel shelf. The representative even opened the trunk while looking for a charging cable but said nothing about it, so I assumed everything was in order. At drop-off, a different representative marked the missing shelf as damage — and the company charged us for it! 2. We rented an EV, and there was no charging cable in the car. When I raised this issue, the representative claimed that “in France, every charging station has its own cable.” I expressed my doubts, but he confidently reassured me we wouldn’t need one. As this was my first time driving in France, I trusted his word. Of course, it turned out to be false — many chargers in smaller towns and public parking lots don’t have cables. This made our trip significantly more stressful, as we had to plan everything around charging at highway stations (which do have cables). 3. Customer service was completely unresponsive. When we tried to contact the Lille office for support, our first call was answered, but we were placed on hold for over 4 minutes — and then the line was cut. No one called us back. We tried calling around 15 more times over the next two hours without success. Sometimes the phone rang for 3–5 minutes, other times the call was immediately dropped. 4. We had to completely change our route and drive dozens of extra kilometers just to find another office that might lend us a charging cable or offer a replacement car. The first location didn’t have either. At the second location, we were finally given a spare cable. During this whole ordeal, we dealt with multiple Enterprise employees — not a single one offered an apology or showed any concern for our inconvenience. Not one. 5. Poor communication and misleading pricing. When we were proposed with switching from an EV to a petrol car, the representative couldn’t clearly explain the pricing. We asked several times, “What will be the total price for the new car for a day?” and were given a specific amount. But when we went to collect the vehicle, a different employee told us the quoted price was in addition to what we had already paid on rentalcars.com. How many ways can you interpret the question “What will be the total price for a day”? 6. Administrative errors and no digital contract. Even though I entered all my details on rentalcars.com, I had to fill out a paper form again. Instead of taking the information from the system, they copied them from that piece of paper and... made a mistake copying my email address, so I never received the rental agreement by email. That meant I was driving a rental car in a foreign country without a copy of the contract — which contains important information like emergency and assistance numbers.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this rental location. If you’re getting a rental car, DO NOT return it here. There are zero directions to the parking garage on the website and there’s no where to stop in front of the storefront. I looked around for a long time trying to find the place to park the car to return it and couldn’t find it. When I asked the people at the desk for directions, they gave me incorrect directions which resulted in me missing my train. Finally, I was able to get help from a pedestrian who was WAY more helpful than the staff here. I had also asked the staff if one of them (who was not busy) would mind coming with me to show me where to park & he refused because “we close in 10 minutes”…. But if he had taken the time to help me out, he would’ve been back before closing anyways. The staff here need some updated customer service training. Would not recommend - finding where to park took me over an hour.
